Collection Instructions
Obtain a rectal swab by passing tip of collection device swab aproximately 1 inch beyond the anal sphincter. Carefuly rotate the swab to sample the anal crypts, and withdraw the swab.
Label the collection tube with the patient’s name, source and date and collector's initials
