Important Note
Test codes starting with ZW are tests that are sent to Mayo and referred from there to other laboratories. Refer to the Mayo Referred Tests list on the test catalog homepage. It is an Excel spreadsheet list of the tests, and you can search the spreadsheet using CTRL+F to find the keyword you are looking for. There are many tests that share the same ZW code, so please review carefully. Contact the Mayo sendout specialist or Ordering Questions chat for additional questions.
Order ZW tests as Mayo Miscellaneous tests and include the ZW code as well as the test name. The same ZW code can be used by multiple tests, so the test name must be included.
